Registration

Registration process

All participants presenting at the conference must register by email (multimodus@ipportalegre.pt) until 18 May 2022, providing the following information:

  • Full name
  • Name on badge
  • Title of the presentation/abstract
  • Institution/Filiation
  • Phone contact
  • Attachment of proof of payment (conference fee) or proof of enrolment in a post-secondary academic programme

Registration invoice details:

  • Name on invoice
  • VAT
  • Address

Registration Fees

  • Attending the conference (online / on-site) – Free
  • Participating as speakers * – €25
  • Researchers from IPP participating as speakers – €0
  • Members of the Scientific Committee participating as speakers – €0
  • Students participating as speakers ** – €0

Only authors who complete their registration until 18 May 2022 will be included in the program and will have their abstract published in a Book of Abstracts (with ISBN).

* At least one author per abstract must register. Maximum of 3 abstracts per paying author.
** Must present a valid proof of enrolment in a post-secondary academic programme.
