Registration process
All participants presenting at the conference must register via email (multimodus@ipportalegre.pt) by 21 February 2025, providing the following information:
- Full name
- Name on badge
- Title of the presentation/abstract
- Institution/Filiation
- Phone contact
- Attachment of proof of payment (conference fee)
Registration invoice details:
- Name on invoice
- VAT
- Address
Registration Fees
- Attending the conference (online / on-site) – Free
- Participating as speakers * – €75
- Researchers from IPP / U. Évora participating as speakers – €30
- Members of the Scientific Committee participating as speakers – €30
- Students participating as speakers ** – €30
Only authors who complete their registration by 21 February 2025 will be included in the program and have their paper published in the Conference Proceedings (with ISBN).
* At least one author per abstract must register. Maximum of 3 abstracts per paying author.
** Must present a valid proof of enrolment in a post-secondary academic programme.
