Papers submission guidelines

Authors are invited to submit short papers on the topics of the conference.

Oral presentations at the conference sessions are subject to approval by the conference scientific committee based on the acceptance of the corresponding paper.

All accepted papers will be published as a book chapter on the Conference Proceedings (with ISBN).

All papers must be submitted through the CM3 platform (the link will be provided soon).

Each author can submit up to 3 papers.

Authors of the accepted papers must be registered at the conference to be able to present their work and have it published in the Conference Proceedings.

Paper submission template

  • Title of the paper
  • Paper length: 4 to 9 pages (adopting the template)
  • Blind submission (remove any reference to the author/s and filiation/s)
  • First submission on PDF file; camera-ready submission on PDF and DOCX files
  • Languages: English (preferred), Portuguese or Spanish
  • All papers should be based on this MSWord template (if you cannot download it, right-click on this link and save file as)
  • All papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT3 platform
